Recoverable costs

The fees and costs of the claim manager is recoverable from the debtor

if the contracts, confirmation of purchase orders and invoices made with/issued to the customers contain the appropriate wording. We are ready to assist you in phrasing of such texts if needed.

If claims are enforceable, the fees and costs of the services provided by us are payable by the debtor instead of our Partners, because we demand the costs and fees related to the case from the debtor on the same legal basis as the principle and interest claims.

In addition to the fact that the number and amounts of the receivables are reduced as a result of our activity, it is undoubted that charging with the fees of claim management to the debtor will beneficially affect the customers' willingness to pay.
