Fee calculation

  • Commission on the recovered amount

    • The fee of recovery of the claim depends on the size, range of the case/cases as well as the age of the receivables. We charge a commission on the recovered amount the size of which is determined as a result of personal negotiation with the Mandator.

  • Flat cost compensation

    • The Mandator pays a flat amount for costs at the time when the cases are handed over the type and amount if which is negotiated personally and individually. This serves to cover a part of our colleagues' costs incurring in relation with completion of the engagement. It is possible to agree upon fee without flat cost compensation - in this case the commission will be determined in a minimally higher range.
With regard to the fee of other services we will gladly provide you with information based on your request.

Please do not forget to give the following information in your request for proposal
  • Number of debtors (pieces)
  • From this number of companies (pieces)
  • Out of this private individuals and/or private entrepreneurs
  • Amount of receivable(s)
  • Due date of receivables
    • Overdue for 1-90 days (amount)
    • Overdue for 91-180 days (amount)
    • Overdue for 181-364 days (amount)
    • Overdue for more than 365 days (amount)
  • Name of the person requesting the proposal
  • Company name
  • Address and telephone number
