The method of the administrative claim management is based on sending of payment notices and telephonic contact making, the personal contact with (visit of) the debtor is not typical to this type of cash collection.

In the frame of the administrative claim management the telephonic collection specialist reveals the possibilities of cash collection in an effective and yet gentle manner by using various legal procedural possibilities and public information.

The process of administrative claim management:

• Handing over of the doubtful receivables to be managed, personal negotiation with the Mandator;


• Checking of the information received, identification of the debtors, sending of the first notice;


• Contacting the debtor, and if necessary sending of the second notice;


• Contacting the debtor again, concluding of a possible agreement with the debtor (for ex. agreement on payment in installments),


• Monitoring of payments, coordination between the debtor and the creditor;


• Possible suggestion to make personal contact.


• Closing of the case or preparation of the legal proceedings.


• Information providing to the creditors is done continuous on every steps, or as requested. As a consequence our Mandators may always possess full information on the status of their cases.
